Chicken Tikka wrap

Serves 5-6


  • 100g (1 pot) Ambu Tree tandoori marinade 
  • 660g diced (1 inch) chicken thighs / chicken breast
  • Oil/cooking spray
  • Indian ‘paratha’ or soft tortilla wraps
  • Salad leaves

    Cooking Method       

    1. Rub one pot of tandoori marinade into diced chicken. (Can use straight away or for deeper flavours, you can marinade for up to 12 hours.)
    2. Pan-fry the chicken in small batches with a little oil / cooking spray on a low heat for 7-8 minutes each batch. Do not press down hard on the chicken as this may burn the spices.
    3. Place some chicken and salad leaves in each heated paratha or tortilla, roll up the wrap and enjoy!
