Grilled Five Spice Salmon Fillets

Chinese Five Spice Marinade

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat grill to 190°C.
  2. Mix 100g marinade with 2 tablespoons water.
  3. Glaze marinade over salmon fillets and coat thorougly. (Can use straight away or for deeper flavours, you can marinade for up to 3-4 hours.)
  4. Lay salmon fillets on grill tray (skin side down), brush with oil (or low fat cooking spray) and cook under the grill for around 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.

For extra zing serve with sprinkles of sesame seeds and a soya chilli dipping sauce!
