Chinese Spare Ribs

Chinese Five Spice Marinade


Cooking Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Rub one 100g pot of marinade over spare ribs. (Can use straight away or for deeper flavours, you can marinade for up to 12 hours/overnight.)
  3. Place spare ribs in non-stick roasting tray, brush with oil (or cooking spray) and cover with foil. Roast in oven for 50 minutes.
  4. Take off foil, turn over pork ribs and brush with oil (or cooking spray). Cook uncovered for a further 20-30 minutes.

Serve with soya chilli dipping sauce.
