Chinese Spare Ribs
Chinese Five Spice Marinade
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Rub one 100g pot of marinade over spare ribs. (Can use straight away or for deeper flavours, you can marinade for up to 12 hours/overnight.)
- Place spare ribs in non-stick roasting tray, brush with oil (or cooking spray) and cover with foil. Roast in oven for 50 minutes.
- Take off foil, turn over pork ribs and brush with oil (or cooking spray). Cook uncovered for a further 20-30 minutes.
Serve with soya chilli dipping sauce.
