Chinese Style Chicken Wings
Chinese Five Spice Marinade
- Preheat grill to 220°C
- Rub one 100g pot of marinade over 750g chicken wings. (Can use straight away or for deeper flavours, you can marinade for up to 12 hours/overnight.)
- Lay chicken wings on grill, brush with oil (or low fat cooking spray) and cook under the grill for around 10 minutes until the chicken gets a crispy, barbecued effect. Take care not to burn the marinade - keep 5 inches away from top of grill and keep an eye on it.
- Turn over and repeat step 3.
For extra zing serve with sprinkles of sesame seeds and a soya chilli dipping sauce!
