Oven-roasted Tandoori Portobello mushrooms

Ingredients

Mild Tandoori Marinade
Spicy Tandoori Marinade

     Cooking Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C
    2. Cover each mushroom in a thin layer of the marinade and brush both sides with oil.
    3. Roast in a non-stick roasting pan for 20-25 mins, basting with oil half way through.

    Serve drizzled with coriander chutney (or serve in a toasted bun with cheese and salad as mushroom burger).
